At Purebaby, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, you can return them within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and organic cotton care tags remain intact and undamaged.

  Post Your Parcel

  Print your generated shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized postal service location or carrier collection point.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5 business days.
